How does per-seat pricing work for Agency?
Each seat is one adviser licence at £45/month (or £40/month on annual). Minimum 3 seats (£135/month). Each seat includes 150 AI generations per month, so a 4-seat firm gets 600 gens/month. You can add or remove seats any time from your billing settings — changes are prorated automatically.
What counts as a "seat"?
One seat = one active adviser account. Paralegals and support staff who only view cases or add comments do not need a seat and are included free.
What counts as an "AI generation"?
One document draft (cover letter, supporting statement, business plan, pitch deck, financial forecast, or prototype), one refusal analysis, or one pre-submission audit. Eligibility checks are rules-based and don't count against your limit — run them as often as you need.
What happens to unused generations at month end?
On Professional and Agency plans, unused generations roll into next month — capped at one month's worth. So a Professional user who only uses 100 of 150 in one month starts the next with 200 available (150 fresh + 50 rolled). The buffer is capped at 1× your monthly limit, so credits don't accumulate forever — they reset if not used. Free plan generations don't roll over.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade anytime and we'll prorate the difference immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What if I exceed my generation limit?
You can purchase credit packs (£7 for 10 additional generations) or add more seats to your Agency plan. We warn you at 80% of your limit so you're never caught short.

How long is the free trial?
Professional and Agency plans include a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You won't be charged until day 8.
What happens to my cases and documents if I cancel?
Your cases and generated documents stay in your account. If you downgrade to Free, you keep everything you've already created — you just have lower monthly generation limits going forward. If you fully cancel, you have 30 days to export everything before your account is closed.
Do you use my case data to train AI models?
No. Your case data is never used to train AI models. We send it to the Anthropic API to generate your outputs — Anthropic's standard API terms do not permit training on API messages. Case data is stored in your account only, subject to a 6-year retention policy aligned with IAA recordkeeping standards. We don't log case content or share it with any third party.
